Cynthia specializes in working with discerning investors who expect advice and counsel in property acquisition, income analysis, finance packaging, construction and inspection recommendations.

Cynthia has worked with builders developing plats, discriminating waterfront home buyers, first time home buyers and downtown office building developers. Her unique perspective on buying and selling real estate crystallized as she worked with new investors to build retirement incomes. Here are some of the comments found in "thank you letters" from her clients.

" Your expertise in business and marketing combined with an intimate knowledge of real estate from the vantage points of an investor, developer and broker have benefited us immensely. We have certainly appreciated your patience and insight as we have navigated an ever-expanding portfolio of income property. "

Sincerely,

Curt Bidwell

Prior to working in real estate, Cynthia was a director for four major international and national airlines, based in the United States and Europe.  She was the first woman promoted to management at National Airlines in 1972 during the "I´m Cindy.  Fly Me" advertising campaign.  She directed ad budgets in excess of $80mm dollars and introduced two new airlines to the flying public, Altair Airlines in Philadelphia and Midway Airlines in Chicago.

"Cynthia, it has been a pleasure working with you! Working with a real estate broker as strong, respectful, and time-willing as you are is hard to beat. This is a great property and a great investment for your clients."

Adam Davis, American Commercial Mortgage

"She´s a natural because she knows the business so well.  She knows the inventory and unlike most agents, knows how to create opportunities for her clients."

"Thanks so much for all you have done for us this year. Your patience and endurance are a testament to your character and a blessing to us, as to all you serve."

Cynthia has owned her own multi-million dollar advertising agency and co-created a $26mm toy "Flying Fighters," sold to Hasbro as their top toy line in 1989. When she relocated to the Pacific Northwest, she published autographed sports lithographs and serigraphs featuring top drawer athletes: Joe Montana, Nolan Ryan, Ken Griffey Jr. and Sr., Fred Couples and Steve Largent.  Her first real estate investments in the Olympia area were made with her good  friend, Tim Abbey, Broker, Abbey Realty Inc.  She loved working with Tim during the acquisition of several salt waterfront homes and decided to try her hand at real estate.  Her friend and broker said:

The common thread in her diverse career has been an uncanny ability to "read the market" to determine how best to position a property or concept, price it, promote it and sell it.  Cynthia treats her clients objectives and properties with care and diligence.  A fundamental goal in every transaction is to make the process stress-free and fun.

Cynthia is married to the love of her life, David Kettel.  They have two children at home, Tyler and Hunter plus three grown children. Jeremy, our eldest, works as an Associate in the business, Meagan is a student pursuing a legal career and Jordan is serving his country in the United States Coast Guard.
