May O’Hara is our terrific transaction coordinator.  She has worked for Cynthia Kettel since October, 2003.  Her previous work experience includes seven years with Washington State Employees Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Officer where she processed, underwrote, and serviced mortgage loans.  She left her position to be a stay-at-home mom but was recruited by Continental Mortgage (now Homestreet Bank) to work as an on-call processing assistant for six years.  After that, she started her own business as an office assistant and worked in the Construction Loan Dept. at South Sound Bank and still provides her services when they are requested.  Another client of hers has been Wells Fargo Escrow where she worked on-call for approximately one year.
