Toby has recently relocated to Olympia from Marin County (Mill Valley), CA. She has secured the Exclusive Realtor position for United Builders, LLC and United Properties, LLC, Western Washington’s Premier Design-Build-Develop Group, where she is also the Project Manager for Real Estate Development.

Toby has been an Independent Contractor for nearly 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate industry, consulting for leasing, sales and Property Management for a private firm, Piazza Trading & Co., Ltd.

She joined Hovorka Realty & Investments, as a Sales Agent in 2001. From 1989 to 2004, she sold and leased residential and commercial property in San Francisco, Sausalito, Tiburon and Novato, California. She continues to work for her California clients as a licensed California Realtor under Broker, Tom Hovorka through ReMax Realtors.

Toby founded her Business Development company, Qua, Unltd. in 1982, providing Contract Negotiation, Legal Liaison and International Representation. Qua, Unltd.’s Cultural Event Production Division, Future Earth Productions, is the U.S. Agent for Indigenous Sustainability, on many global tours and events as part of it’s Community Relations commitment. She is the Orientation Instructor for Volunteer Services and sits on the Real Heroes Breakfast Committee for the Mount Rainier Chapter of the American Red Cross in Olympia, WA.
