Location! Location! Location! 1510 Cooper Point Rd SW ![]() Lighthouse Real Estate is conveniently located in the heart of Olympia’s "west side". The intersection of Cooper Point Road and Black Lake Boulevard is host to the area’s busiest intersection and gateway to diverse shopping, entertainment, dining and offices. More than 38,000 cars pass through this intersection daily!
In addition to the ease and convenience of two freeway exits – Cooper Point Road and Black Lake Boulevard – the office is located on the most prominent corner of the newest shopping mall in the area -- the southeast corner of Cooper Point and Black Lake. Easy access, plentiful parking, and million dollar visibility. All designed to work for our clients. THE LIGHTHOUSE LOCATION SELLS FOR YOU!
Lighthouse offices feature floor to ceiling windows giving Lighthouse clients unparalleled exposure for their properties! Day and night our retail location showcases our commercial and residential listings! No other office in the County can provide this level of high impact exposure. LIGHTHOUSE OWNERS BREAK TRADITION AND LEASE SPACE. When Cynthia and David Kettel established the brokerage, they purchased a building on Black Lake Boulevard. It served the business well for more than a year, but it became apparent that a new, high-tech headquarters was in the company’s future. The Kettel Team searched for a building site and looked at every commercial property that became available over a twelve month period. Unfortunately, none of the lots possessed the required features: location, visibility, signage, convenience, parking, modern facilities, handicap access – and most importantly, retail marketing and merchandising capabilities to generate awareness and sales for properties, agents and clients. "Rent" – when you’re paying -- is a four-letter word to Cynthia Kettel. Jokingly called the "R" word in the office, it only works for the Kettels when they’re collecting it – not paying it. The sole exception to this rule of thumb is a location that may be unaffordable or unavailable in a purchase scenario. A multi-million dollar corner like the Lighthouse Point at Cooper Point and Black Lake Boulevard is such an example. Despite the fact that a tenant sacrifices the financial benefits associated with owning their space, they do, in a case such as this one, garner favorable terms for premium space. So, while the couple has coached many investors in the art of buying, selling and leasing real estate – renting is appropriate at times. And, frankly, when the owner is ready to sell the Cooper Point Pavillion, the Kettels will be first in line with an offer. |
